Any individual, athlete or advocate, with just cause, who believes that an athlete is unfairly affected by the implementation of Policy 7000-305 Athlete Eligibility for Participation in Provincial Games’ or Policy 7000-307 “Team Eligibility for Participation in Provincial Games” may refute this decision by following the appeal process outlined in the PAN CANADIAN APPEAL POLICY
