I understand you are working on a form to help out your managers and above mentioned fields list seems good to me.
Again my question is, when TM starts entering a new volunteer for their club/s, from where they get information? do they have SOO Pdf form (which most of the communities still have it) filled out by volunteers?
I got answer for my statement that due confusion TM do not complete the registration process – which I believe is not so complicated. If they can share cause of their confusion, we will work on it to get simplified.

I need more info on why new volunteers records created by Team Managers are empty if they have volunteer paper forms? Portal allows TM to enter all information of new volunteers without getting into Waivers info section which obviously has to be filled in by Volunteers.

What is the reason volunteers give up to complete their application? Need to know as it will help us to improve portal registration process. Volunteers who have not completed application for whatever reason, can login and complete their info including adding enrollment and their waivers any time.
Does the above mentioned form you are creating is a registration form? and at what level it will work?
Please ignore Jay’s response on the Contacted and Reference Contacted Date permissions for all Data admins – it is SOC mistake. These fields have to unavailable for New Volunteers where they mark Contacted and add Date Contacted which is supposed to be filled in by Data Admins.

Data Admins/head coaches/team managers should be able to fill in these fields.
there should not be an issue if you make enrollment approved from Bulk Entry Tool. Approved enrollment will be activated when Enrollment Start Date will pass. Can you provide me one example where approved enrollment was not activated so that I can look into it?
I have submitted a ticket to SOC to add Approval Level field to Community Data Admin Approve Enrollments Window as it is displayed in Team Manager Approve Enrollment window. That will make easier for you/any Data Admin to filter on this filed and can approve only Community/School level enrollments for your clubs.
Answer to your following question is NO
In the past if a club asked to have a volunteer added who was not currently enrolled in Oakville I would forward the request to SOO. Are you transferring whatever checks were done at that level to me? I am not prepared to accept that.
These request still have to come to SOO. You have to approve only requests for already registered members in Oakville but were not the part of the requesting club/s.
We can not assume Yes for media release waiver for all volunteers. Each volunteer is supposed to login on portal to Add/update waiver questions. Ask your volunteers to Login/Register on portal to update their profiles in particular Legal Waivers section.
In old Database, there was not media release question field for volunteers so in bulk upload it was set to NO.
Head Coach/Team Manager Approve Enrollments issue has been fixed
6. Head Coach Approve enrollment – System is not directing enrollment to appropriate level – so Head Coach Approval window is blank – enrollments are still coming to Data Admin approval window.
From this point on all submitted enrollments for registered members will land in Head Coach/Team Manager approval window.
Approve Enrollments – tab will have two windows.
Club Pending Enrollments – for already registered members, HC/TM will be able to approve them (or can select any appropriate status provided in Change Status list).
Enrollments Requiring Community, Region or Chapter Approval – this window will have enrollments for new members, or already registered members with other regions/communities. HC/TM will be able to approve them after Chapter Approval.
Note: Community Data Admins will have access to all submitted enrollments as well – if HC/TM will not approve their enrollments – Data Admins will be able to approve them.
