2. Volunteer New Registration – Upload Police check – not working
Before PC upload, read the instructions carefully which are provided on the page, first save the box though all the fields provided in the box are read only. Then upload the PDF copy of your police check and click submit.

5. Merge Duplicate Members – Merge tool is broken – not able to approve new members where I have more than one applications or member is already registered.
Merge Tool is fixed. Hopefully I will start approving enrollments today or by tomorrow.
I did investigation on Report 13 and found the issue of not showing up Primary phone. I have submitted ticket to SOC. Also requested to add Home Phone, Cell Phone & Business Phone fields instead of Primary Phone (which we do no ask from members to indicate).
Report 54 & 56 have correct phone fields – Home and Cell phone.
It will be same as is done for your 2 clubs after expiration. Half automated and half manual as I picked those members manually which were active in August as of 8/31/2019.
I don’t know what other issue was with those clubs as you mentioned that active members selection was accurate.
SOC Database has two database, MRMS and Donation Management system which is not used by Ontario. Both Systems share basic info of registered contact. The Donation Email is used by DMS. Donation System Admin will update it only if Contact will advise to do so. This email can be updated by contact/data admins. So You can use it for what ever purpose.
