The original intent was for the Start and End date to be the first and last days of practice for the session.   It has since been acknowledged by SOO that this is not workable and SOO now recognizes that the next session be created before the previous session ends. This allows the Head Coach and Manager to be added to the new session and to retain access to the data.

This is not reflected in the user guides available at:

This should be updated.
