      When Portal 2.0 was rolled out it turned out to be necessary for people to clear the cache on their browsers.   I experienced the same thing at one point with this support forum

      I have used this  ‘<META HTTP-EQUIV=”CACHE-CONTROL” CONTENT=”NO-CACHE”>’  in my HTML header for years which seems to take care of the problem, and suggest that this be passed on to the developers.
