Competition Registration Fees
Invitational Competitions: Max $25 per athlete*
Conference Competitions: Max $25 per athlete*
Provincial Qualifiers: Max $25 per athlete*
*For all sports except Golf. The max fee that can be charged for Golf is $40 per athlete.
Registration fees are not to cover the cost of food, awards or golf carts, unless the host can do so without incurring a deficit.
Variations on registration fees must be approved by SOO.
Competition Late Fees
Competition hosts have the option to charge a penalty fee to communities who do not adhere to registration deadlines. The competition invitation must indicate if a late fee will be imposed, the dollar amount per athlete, and must clearly indicate the deadline date for the registration.
The late fee shall not exceed $5 per athlete per week.
Communities are not permitted to defer the late fees onto the athlete.
Provincial Games Registration Fees
The Provincial Games Registration Fee is:
- $50 per Athlete
- $350 per Athlete Assistant
Provincial Games Late Fees
Communities will be charged $25 for any outstanding fees, documents, or other required information received past the deadline.
