Health is an integral part of being the best athlete you can be, both on and off the playing field. Special Olympics Ontario provides different programs to promote healthy, active living to Special Olympics athletes and students across Ontario. Our programs help to attract new athletes to the movement and enhance their ability to train and compete, which in turn, empowers them to invest in their overall health and well-being.
