PROVINCIAL GRANTS
Special Olympics Ontario has a variety of grants that are available for communities and clubs to apply for. Grants are available to ensure that means is not a barrier to participation.

Special Olympics Ontario offers six main grants that all communities and clubs are eligible to apply for.
New Sport Club Start Up
Existing Sport Club Development Grant
Competition Development Grant (Nevada)
Travel Subsidy Grant
Coach/Volunteer Training or Development Grant
Athlete Development Grant
Provincial grants are available to communities and clubs who require some financial help. Applicants must provide a program outline, current budgets and financials as well as a detailed plan on the sustainability of the program.
Applicants should connect with their District Developer to discuss the suitability of applying for a provincial grant.

If completing the application by hand, please print this form and fax it to Special Olympics Ontario at 416 447 6336.
The application process takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and needs to be completed in one sitting as the form cannot be saved. It is recommended that the applicant gathers all required information prior to starting the form.
