Begin planning volunteer appreciation events for volunteer week in April

Summer Athlete Registration

When final participation numbers come in check that you have enough coaches to fulfill ratios

Ensure you receive appropriate YOS

Distribute YOS awards

Check with all Spring/ Winter coaches to see if they are returning next season and if there are any summer sports they would like to volunteer with

If you don’t have enough coaches coming back for next Winter/ Spring season create a recruitment strategy to work on over the summer
