Sport Status 

Cricket is a demonstration sport in Special Olympics Ontario. All Special Olympics Cricket competitions comply with the ICC rules for both Unified and Traditional matches/tournaments. 

Sport Season 

The Cricket competition season runs from May to August in summers and coaching and training sessions run all year round. 

Athlete to Coach Ratios

The ratio is a minimum of athlete to coach requirement to ensure that athletes are safe and supervised at all times. 

Athlete/Coach Ratio Kayaking   

Net coaching: 1 Coach to 8 Children  
Group Coaching: 1 coach to 24 Children  
Hard Ball Coaching: 1 coach to 16 children
