Toronto volunteers, residents of East York, North York, Scarborough and Etobicok, can apply online. To apply online open following Link:

What is required to apply online?

Volunteer will need two pieces of government issued identification – one must include your photograph and signature, and one must include your full name and date of birth

Acceptable forms of government issued identification

Please note that Ontario Health Cards cannot be accepted for identification purposes [Health Cards and Numbers Control Act, 1991 section 2.2(1)]

Adoption/Kinship/Family Member/In-home placement – $26.72

Employment – $71.72

Other (ex. Paid Student placement, Professional Licensing, Practicum) – $71.72
