Actually it can be done by the DA or HH by using the filters available for each column. I took a screen shot but cannot include it here. If you have not tried it yet click on the three vertical dots beside Club/School Program, then on the Filter icon. Where it says Equals there is a drop down. Click on Contains and put enough of the club name to be unique in the empty block and click on Filter.
I just did a quick survey of one club and did not find this. I also checked where my daughter’s home and cell phones showed up in all reports and found no surprises, I expect this is one for Farkhanda
The phone numbers are listed in the first tab, you need to scroll down past the CRC info. It has a field for Home Phone, Mobile Phone, and Buisiness Phone. Unfortunately there is no way to indicate primary. I think that in reports it assumes primary is the home number, which is a problem as many people are ditching the land lines. There will generally be a cell number, but of course that is missing from report 13.
The report should have listed Home phone and Mobile phone as it does in the input screens. Known problem.
Not entirely, when entering profile information there is a field we see a field for email 2 and email 3, they are not labelled as donation and alternate, if they were this would have been much clearer.
BTW I have been ticking the box that says “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” but have never seen a notification.
If one field is being used for multiple purposes (which is a serious no-no) that is asking for trouble. At the very least, the label for one application should not be attached to this report which goes to everyone.
