Thank you very much. Too bad there need to be multiple records to get all references, but can still work with this. I have now created a mailmerge to get all the info up to one reference, I can manually add the remainder.

I only see a tool for entering attendance by filling out one form for each attendee; nothing for uploading a file with attendance information. I will have to do this for up to 50 attendee’s for my club and do not think this is reasonable. I am already have a spreadsheet set up for taking attendance. Give me a spreadsheet format and a way to upload please?
Or better yet, a tick box on enrolled members, and us the form only for ‘external attendees
It is now summer, even with the shutdown I am getting new pending volunteers even with the shut down. Could I please have some indication that this is going to happen?
Could you please confirm that these proposals will allow volunteers to only in one season will still be getting their YOS, for example 5 YOS, after volunteering for 5 seasons, as they have in the past.

Does this mean Data Admins only, or can club managers, head coaches access the session when club is CLOSED. If the later it will also be useful for when a club is full and no more enrollments are being considered.
