OK, so it is now almost August and I still have very old, incorrect or out dated attendance records, and at least one club starting up.

Regarding clubs not actually submitting, I am not getting compliance on that so will not take responsibility for invalid attendance records.

Please follow through on this before fall!

Thank you very much.   Too bad there need to be multiple records to get all  references, but can still work with this.   I have now created a mailmerge to get all the info up to one reference, I can manually add the remainder.

Regarding:

I only see a tool for entering attendance by filling out one form for each attendee; nothing for uploading a file with attendance information.    I will have to do this for up to 50 attendee’s for my club and do not think this is reasonable.  I am already have a spreadsheet set up for taking attendance.   Give me a spreadsheet format and a way to upload please?

Or better yet, a tick box on enrolled members, and us the form only for ‘external attendees

It is now summer, even with the shutdown I am getting new pending volunteers even with the shut down.  Could I please have some indication that this is going to happen?

The Approve Enrollments used to show the total count in both tables, now it does not.   This was way too useful to drop, please put it back.

Could you please confirm that these proposals will allow volunteers to only in one season will still be getting their YOS, for example 5 YOS, after volunteering for 5 seasons, as they have in the past.

Was not showing this to family admins or group home admins a decision, or a limitation of the system design?

One Question:

“Now data admins don’t have to play with session Status. New Active session has ability to hide itself from self enrollments (will not show up in online search) and admins will be able to work on New session. Closer to registration night or when community wants to open it for online registration, they have to ask SOO Staff to make it available.”

Does this mean Data Admins only, or can club managers, head coaches access the session when club is CLOSED.   If the later it will also be useful for when a club is full and no more enrollments are being considered.
