New member registration issue has been resolved. There should be registration work flow with out any issue. However if some one get any error message please let us know @ farkhandaS@specialolympicsontario.com
After discussions with SOC, we came to a solution that if a volunteer is active for one season in a year, volunteer will be credited by one full year at the end of the year. Like SOO YOS year is January to December. We run YOS reports in the first week of January (1st working day after holidays). So all volunteers who were active for some time period in this year, will get one full year in December. Developers are working on it and testing will be started soon.
Meanwhile new calculation method becomes live, we decided to do yearly session for various reasons, one of them is to fix YOS issue which occurred due to seasonal sessions and then by Covid. I believe many still needs to be fixed manually.

Good News! this issue has been fixed. You will no longer see Portal Connector icon on any page and will not be getting random page with above mentioned message while accessing different tabs from your role.
If this issue still persist on your end please loge out and clear Cache. Then login to the portal. Any question / concern contact @ FarkhandaS@specialolympicsontario.com
I am pleased to say that the Portal is back up, with the updates applied successfully.
Please clear Cache before login to Membership portal. To clear Cache of your browser, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, a window will popup, Select Cached images and files then click on Clear data.
Thank you for your concern and suggestion. We will find a way to flag/delete Incorrect Completed attendance sheets.
For the time being we recommend:
1. If Head Coaches/Team Managers are creating attendance sheets, they should keep it in In Progress Status
2. Community Data Admin or Sport Consultant should be the person to review it before making Status Completed and Submit. In case of any discrepancy in attendance sheet , they should advise club admins to fix it.
Attendance Tracker will bring over Active members only. And need to add all other non registered members as well who were present in the practice. As it is mandatory to hand in completed Covid Declaration form prior to participate in practice so all members in Attendance Tracker must have submitted Covid form.
Yes, Waivers refers to all the above you mentioned. Volunteers/Athletes are supposed to create portal account to fill out their waivers. If athletes are not their own Guardians then their parents/guardians with their role as Family Admins can look after athlete waivers and other information.
Membership Reports issue has been fixed. I have tested all reports and able to ran with no issue. If you find any problem, just report at FarkhandaS@specialolympicsontario.com
