Dear users,

Since yesterday we are finding some abnormal behavior of Membership portal.

After login you may have noticed a small icon at left top corner of Portal ” ThePortal Connector for Dynamics RCM” which is new to us including SOC. We are experiencing some anomaly when we try to select Role from landing page or to select any tab from your role. A page with message ” You are running a trial version of the Portal Connector for Dynamics CRM” appears instead of standard Portal page for that specific tab.

Ticket has been submitted to SOC and developers are on it to find / fix this issue.  We will keep you posted.

Hello Everyone,

Good News! this issue has been fixed. You will no longer see Portal Connector icon on any page and will not be getting random page with above mentioned message while accessing different tabs from your role.

If this issue still persist on your end please loge out and clear Cache. Then login to the portal. Any question / concern contact @ FarkhandaS@specialolympicsontario.com
