Congratulations to Duncan Leblanc on receiving a Governor General's award. Duncan is a longtime teacher, principal and coach with Greater Durham who was honoured with one of the Sovereign Medals for Volunteers by the Governor General of Canada. We'd like to thank Duncan for all that he does for Special Olympics Ontario and the athletes.
