This month, Special Olympics Ontario is highlighting Alisha Windsor from North Bay, Ontario. Alisha has been a part of Special Olympics for 7 years, competing in 5-Pin Bowling, Alpine Skiing, Athletics, Basketball, Bocce, Curling, Soccer, and Softball! Alisha has competed at the 2020 National Games in Thunder Bay and was a member of the Special Olympics Team Canada 2022 Training Squad. “Special Olympics has given me a sense of belonging. I have made many friends and I feel very supported both on and off the field.”
