Enroll your Athlete in a Program/Club by
following the steps below

After login, Select Group Home Coordinator Role by clicking on Continue in Volunteer Roles Window. (Until you select a role, you will only see the “My” account links on the right which every account holder sees)
A new window will pop up with more options based on your role on right menu. Select Add Program Enrollment button from the menu.
If you are not legal guardian of athlete, after selecting your athlete name from the Participant field select No from the Are you the Legal Guardian? field and Click Next Step – Waivers
In Add – Program Enrollment screen, select the name of your athlete from the Participant field. Select Yes from the Are you the Legal Guardian? field and Click Next Step – Waivers
If you are Not Legal Guardian of the athlete, you have to print each waiver, have them signed by legal guardians and must submit singed waivers to Head Coach of the program/club. Select Next Step – Program Search to proceed further.
In Legal Waivers screen review previous Waivers selection for your athlete. Update if you wish to change any selection in Media Release section and select Next Step – Program Search.
Note: You must agree to the first three waivers by selecting Yes in order to proceed to Next Step – Program Search
In the Program Search window select your Chapter, Region and Community. You can choose to filter by sport as well if you would like to. (Do not use the days of the week filters). If there is a specific program you would like to apply for you can choose it from the Search Results.
Once you have selected the program for your athlete click the Next Step- Member Profile
A multi tab window will pop up. View/Update any information for your athlete. : In first three Red tabs, there are some mandatory fields. You will not be able to proceed further if they are blank.
In Participant Profile tab select your group home from Group Home field dropdown list and then select Next Step – Enrollment Details button
Review enrollment details in Enrollment Details screen then select Next Step – Payment Information
In Enrollment Fees section, note the Total Enrollment fee amount which you have to pay to the community.
Note: If there is not fee filled out for the program you would like to enroll in please check with the Community Council or Head Coach regarding the program registration fee.
Click Submit Enrollment to complete enrollment process. You will be sent to confirmation window.
A Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by the portal. Please note, your athlete enrollment is not approved until the community/club has reviewed it and approved it.
An email will be sent by Portal once your enrollment has been approved. A community representative will contact you regarding your enrollment fee payment method.
