Award Criteria
Nominations will be judged on the strength of their submission by the following criteria:
- Excellent sportsmanship
- Strong leadership qualities
- Participates in multiple sports
- Skilled
- Positive attitude throughout the day
- Team player
- Committed
- Role model to other players both inside and outside of sport

Please use a separate form for each nominee. There is no limit to the number of students you may nominate.
