About 2 months ago when SOC did a major update there was a problem with people not getting the email link to reset their password. I assumed this had been fixed but I received an email from one of our volunteers saying she tried several times but never got the email for the link to reset. I did ask her to check her junk mail. Any advice?
Forgotten password is working and system do sends email. Sometimes issues are within one profile only and we have to look into it as individual case. Please provide me name of volunteer if this issue still persists.
Note: if you report these cases in our SOO emails, they could be looked after quickly.
