Mark your calendars as the Durham Community Council invites you to their annual Athletics Meet Sunday, June 18th, 2023!

Event Times:
8AM: Registration
8:15AM: 3,000m / 5,000m race starts
9AM: General Competition Starts
Meal: BBQ Lunch will be provided for athletes, coaches and volunteers
Venue: St. Mary CSS, 1918 White Road, Pickering, Ontario, L1V 1R9
Events: 50m / 100m / 200m / 400m / 800m / 1,500m / 3,000m / 5,000m / Shot Put / Mini-Javeline / Long Jump – standing or running (choose 1, not both)
- Athletes must enter a minimum of 3 events & a maximum of 5 events
- Under current rules, an athlete entered in the 50m event cannot participate in any other running event. This rule will be amended for this meet such that 50m participants can also enter the 100m if they wish.
- Please advise if you have any adapt athletes and which events you would like to enter them in, and we will do our best to accommodate them
Cost: $15 per athlete

** Please include “meet payment for n athletes from club name” and the email address to send a receipt (if wanted) in the comments of the e-transfer.
Eligibility Note – All athletes/teams with hopes of advancing to the 2025 Provincial Summer Games must compete in one competition (in their desired sport) during the 2023 Summer Sport Season to satisfy the 2-Year Eligibility Requirement for advancement.
