We have a large track and field club, and will hope in the spring to be able to do a session duplication from last summer.   Will this process still be manual or will an automated solution be found.

It will be same as is done for your 2 clubs after expiration. Half automated and half manual as I picked those members manually which were active in August as of 8/31/2019.

I don’t know what other issue was with those clubs as you mentioned that active members selection was accurate.
