Greetings

The first thing that comes to mind for a FAQ would be a comprehensive glossary, especially as some of the meaning has changed in some cases. some examples:

• Registration: refers to registration with SOO, and registration with the portal
• Enrollment: replaces registration in a club
• Participant: used in some places for athlete
• PIP:  (I can never remember)
• Chapter: in this context refers to the province

I am sure others will come up.

Great suggestion. We’ve started compiling a list and we’ll make sure that’s part of the FAQ for easy referral. If anyone has any suggestions for glossary items that we may want to make sure we include or that are confusing to them, please don’t hesitate to add them to this thread and we’ll be sure to update that list!
