For speedy approvals, community must send the following information for athletes to SOO while sending requests for approvals:

• Athlete Name
• DOB

Members put different DOB in multiple trials while submitting application. To merge all records for a member, only one accurate DOB has to be selected.

Note: New Athletes are approved periodically with out community request.  Only those Athletes/enrollments which have issues like DOB or parent has mixed up its profile info with  the child/children will remain pending. These will be looked after on community request.
