Following updates have been deployed successfully on portal in today’s updates:
Multi Enrollments Selection
While enrolling yourself or your members in community Programs, you will be able to select multiple programs. A limit applies to the number of enrollments that can be selected. Instructions coming soon!
There are three limit settings:
- Self-Enrollment (applies to Participants and Volunteers) – 3
- On-Behalf Enrollment (Community data admins) – 6
- Family Admin/Group Home Coordinator On Behalf Enrollment – 3
Downloading and printing a Member’s Medical Form
Community Data Admins / Head Coaches will be able to download and print any medical history form uploaded by athlete/parent/guardian from Member’s Profile. Instructions coming soon!
Password rules. The new rules are:
12 character password, Must contain at least:
- One upper case letter
- One lower case letter
- One number
- One special character or symbol
These changes only affect new portal users, and those who need to change their password currently
Program Session Cancellation Reason field has been added to the Sessions
Select appropriate reason if you have to cancel club session prior to its End Date
