I have just been told that the session duplication of last summer’s large clubs for their next season will again be a manual process.   I can produce a list of those expired (not cancelled) enrollments from the end of the most recent season (based on end date).   There needs to be a path to use that list and select those athletes returning and bulk unroll them.   This would be useful no matter the size of the club and does not require somebody at SOO to manually duplicate sessions, which cannot help but be error prone, and will still have to be adjusted to only include returning  enrollments.   It would also reduce the confusing emails that get sent in.   Please put this on the ‘to develop’ list.

Thanks for the suggestion. There are actually a couple of potential ways to do this, but all of them require us to make sure that our sessions and clubs are setup consistently the first time and that the data is valid, which is partially the reason that we can’t implement this straight away. Once we have the first set of sessions and registrations under our belt and can perform a proper validation of the new sessional data for this year, we will be examining a couple of potential ways to implement this for the coming year.

It’s definitely been heard and its on our list!
