SOC Competition Course – Owen Sound

The goals of the Competition Course are preparation for local, district, or provincial competition with the primary focus on safety, fun, fitness, fundamentals, and performance as well as basic skills of the sport. This is a required training for volunteers interested in participating in Provincial or National Games.

The course will take place in-person on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at St. Mary’s High School, 555 15th St. E, Owen Sound, ON. The course is scheduled to run 9:00-5:00pm.
