Join a movement that’s transforming school communities across Ontario. Special Olympics Ontario’s Unified Champion Schools program brings together students with and without intellectual disabilities through inclusive sports, youth leadership, and whole school engagement.
Whether you're an educator, student, or school leader, there's a place for you in this inclusive journey. With over 220+ competitions, 450+ schools, and 12,000+ athletes across 36 regions, the impact is real—and growing.
Eligibility
- Open to all Ontario public, Catholic, and private schools.
- Schools must complete a short intake form and onboarding process.
- Programs are designed for students of all abilities, especially those with intellectual, developmental, or learning challenges.
- Participation spans elementary to post-secondary levels.
