With the support of the Government of Canada through the Canada Summer Jobs Program and the Government of Ontario through the Ontario Summer Experience Program, Special Olympics Ontario is delighted to be able to support students, our partners in education in both secondary schools and post-secondary institutions across the province through both student employment and internship and cooperative education programs.
This application form serves as an entry point for the following programs:
1. Student / Youth Employment Opportunities - With support from the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada we offer employment to young people between the ages of 15 - 30.
2. Internships & Cooperative Education Opportunities - If you are a student who is enrolled in a program at your secondary or post-secondary institution which requires a service placement or internship Special Olympics has a variety of service learning opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE:
Candidates for Youth Employment Positions must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Be between the ages of 15 and 30
- Be a Canadian Citizen OR a Permanent Resident OR a person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada
- International students who do not meet the above criteria are NOT eligible for this program
