Membership Portal will be updated on Monday April 28, 2022 to improve the user experience. Message has been displayed on the live portal so that users should not be surprised on Monday

A tremendous effort has been made to make it user friendly for all users like athletes, volunteers, parents /group home coordinators for new and already registered members. All processes will lead them thorough a series of screens with prominent & relevant messages till the end.

Member Roles updates

Athlete, volunteer, community/club admins will see new look of their pages after role selection from the landing page. There will not blue and pink menu anymore. They can find these menus at top right corner of the screen.

My Options – to update member’s own information (equivalent to blue menu)

Head Coach – to update club and club members (Equivalent to Pink menu)

There is not functionality change in any menu. I will be updating screen shots for instruction docs for all roles. It will take sometime.
