Applicants must provide a program outline, current budgets and financials as well as a detailed plan on the sustainability of the program.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Applicants should connect with their District Developer to discuss the suitability of applying for a provincial grant.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">It is recommended that you complete the grant application form online.
