Competition Wrap Up

Final payment of all invoices in conjunction with community council to be completed.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Provide the community council with your final budget.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

If seeking a provincial grant to cover a deficit, submit the final budget to SOO’s Sport & Competition Developer. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Evaluation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Work on a final evaluation with your host committee and collect any feedback from clubs that attended the competition. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n

Follow up with Volunteers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

Send a thank you letter (email) out to all of the event volunteers. Fill out any volunteer hour paperwork as necessary. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Results<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

\n

A soft copy of the results should be sent to all Head Coaches, the District Developer and SOO’s Sport & Competition Developer. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
