To ensure that all required information is returned completed to the Chef de Mission by the required deadline.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Strong Leadership skills.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Strong communication and writing skills.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Strong organizational and administrative skills.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ability to work as a team player.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Direct liaison with the Chef De Mission on all matters concerning the National Games.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">District contact for Special Olympics Ontario, in regards to the National Games.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintain a database of current addresses and contacts for all Team Ontario Coaches and Athletes within the district.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Receive all pre-event information and materials, and distribute to all Team Ontario members (including families) within the District, including medical forms; registration forms; uniform sizing forms; travel information forms etc.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensure that all above stated documents are completed and returned to the Chef de Mission by the deadline date.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Organize uniform fitting events if necessary (date, time and location).
