Pour les comp\u00e9titions sur invitation ou les conf\u00e9rences, ce budget est soumis au d\u00e9veloppeur de votre district ; pour les qualifications provinciales, il est soumis au d\u00e9veloppeur des comp\u00e9titions de l&#8217;OSO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">L&#8217;h\u00f4te de la comp\u00e9tition, en collaboration avec son conseil communautaire, recevra et d\u00e9posera tous les frais d&#8217;inscription et les dons associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition.
