On Portal User Registration page, enter your First, Last name and Portal Email. Enter password twice and click Register​

Note: Password must be 7 characters long​

Note: First Name, Last Name and Email have to match exactly to your profile in the Special Olympics Membership System

This step is for individuals that know they are an existing member, but cannot pull up an account through the self service portal.​

Submit a Ticket

Once you have found your profile an Activation Email will be sent to you with a link to activate your account. Click on the link to activate your account. You will be prompted to Login to your account through the Login page. ​

Remember to use the same email and password you used to create your portal account when you sign in. When you login, your landing page will open. There are a list of buttons on the right and it will be set on My Roles​
