Mark your calendars as the Brantford Community Council invites you to their annual Athletics Meet Saturday, July 8th, 2023!<\/p>\n

Time:\u00a0<\/strong>8:30 AM start time<\/p>\n

Venue:\u00a0<\/strong>Pauline Johnston School<\/p>\n

Location: <\/strong>627 Colborne St, Brantford, ON N3S 3M8<\/p>\n

Events :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Track:<\/span> 3,000m All \/ 100m Ladies \/ 10m Men \/ 50m All \/ 800m All \/ 400m Ladies \/ 400m Men \/ 200m Ladies \/ 200m Men \/ 1,500m All \/ \u00a0 \u00a0 4 x 100m All<\/span><\/p>\n

** 4 x 100m relay is a fun event. Registration for the relays will occur the day of the event. Any combination of athletes (age, gender) is permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

Field:<\/span> Open Pits for shot put, long jump, standing long jump, javelin<\/span><\/p>\n

** Field events will be operating with open pits. Athletes should plan their participation in the field events around their track events<\/span><\/p>\n

Cost:\u00a0<\/strong>$25 per athlete. Cheques should be made out to Special Olympics Brantford. Invoices will be sent to the teams prior to the event<\/p>\n

Food: <\/strong>Lunches are provided for all athletes (please fill out lunch order when submitting the team entry)<\/span><\/p>\n

Coach lunches will be supplied at a ratio of 1 coach for every 4 athletes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Any additional lunches can be ordered for $8 per lunch (for additional coaches and parents)<\/span><\/p>\n

** No lunches can be purchased on the day of the event<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 28th, 2023<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Minor changes can be accommodated after that date, but the main team entry must be submitted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additional athletes MUST be added by Tuesday, July 4th, 2023<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Modification to events for each athlete can be accommodated up to Thursday July 6th, 2023<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
