The goals of the Competition Course are preparation for local, district or provincial competition with the primary focus on safety, fun, fitness, fundamentals, and performance as well as basic skills of the sport.
This course will be delivered virtually via Zoom.
The course will take place over 3 nights. Participants will need to attend all 3 sessions to receive their course credit. The schedule will be:
Monday, May 15 – 6pm-10pm
Tuesday, May 16 – 6pm-10pm
Thursday, May 18 – 6pm-10pm
